The Stardew Valley Mod Manager gives you quick and easy access to your manually created backups as well as the SMAPI rotational backups that are taken automatically (by default) when using SMAPI.
To view your backups that you have manually taken using the Stardew Valley Mod Manager, you must have previously taken a backup before. if you haven't yet done this, you can learn how to at the following article:
Once you have taken your first backup, you can view them at any time by navigating to the "Game Management" tab within the Stardew Valley Mod Manager, and clicking on the "View Backups" button
This will launch a new file explorer window that will take you to the location of your backups in ZIP file format.
To view your SMAPI backups you must first have played a Stardew Valley save, with the default SMAPI mods enabled. This includes, "SaveBackup".
To access your SMAPI backups, simply open the Stardew Valley Mod Manager and navigate to the "Game Management" tab. Click on "SMAPI Backups"
This will launch a new file explorer window that will take you to the location of your SMAPI backups in ZIP file format. All of your farms will be backed up in a single ZIP archive for that instance that you launched SMAPI.
