Accessing Save Backups

Accessing Saves

Astroneer Launcher gives you the option to view your current saves folder as well as your backups. To access your saves folder:

• Open Astroneer Launcher

• Once you have reached the Dashboard, click "Manage Backups"

• Once the Manage Backups Menu is open, click "View Saves Folder"

The saves folder will open in Windows Explorer, where you can do whatever you like with your saves.

If you have not yet started a game of Astroneer, this may result in an error. We recommend playing at least one game of Astroneer before using Astroneer Launcher for this reason.

Accessing Backups

Backups can be accessed with just a few clicks from the Astroneer Launcher. They are even sorted into Automatic and Manual backups. To access your backups:

• Open Astroneer Launcher

• Once you have reached the Dashboard, click "Manage Backups"

• Once the Manage Backups Menu is open, click "View Backups"

The backups folder will open in Windows Explorer, where you can find a "Manual" and "Auto" folder.
